Guest must Acknowledge & Agree to the following policies prior to making the booking:

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Rental contract required, per City Law (no exceptions)

- Swimming Pool Heating fee is NOT included in the price. Pool & Spa heating is optional with an extra fee - $200 / day. Pool is heated to a Max of 86 F degrees (80-86 is normal). Spa is heated to 104F.

- Jacuzzi can be requested up to 10.00 PM. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Pumps WILL NOT be turned on past the aforesaid hours.

- Early Check In / Late Check Out. All requests for an early check in or a late check out will be entertained on a case-by-case basis. All requests for an early check in or a late check out must be made at the time of booking. Last minute requests will be denied. Please refer to the below listed scenarios:

a) An approved early check in of up to 2 hours in advance of the normal check in time will incur an additional $100 fee.

b) An approved late check out of up to 2 hours after the normal check out time will incur an additional $100 fee.

c) An approved request for an early check in or a late check out of more than 2 hours earlier/later than the standard check in/check out times will incur an additional regular nightly charge at the then existing rental rate.

- Noise Ordinance: Strict County ordinance enforced. The property is equipped with NoiseAware High Decibel Detectors. NO OUTSIDE IMPLIFIED MUSIC OR EXTREME NOISE IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. NO OUTSIDE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT IS PERMITTED ON PREMISES AT ANY TIME.

- No smoking inside the property at anytime

- Pets must be disclosed for approval (max of 2 pets per stay). Pets must be disclosed.

- Unless disclosed, approved and authorized by the Host, No events, parties, filming, or extra occupants beyond the occupancy limits

- Only registered guests may stay overnight, 4 Daytime visitors.

- Cars must park in the driveway. Maximum of 10 cars. No car is allowed to park outside the property at the fire lane. Cars may be subject to tow if parked off premise.

- In-Person Meeting Requirements: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon check-in with the property manager, ensuring they understand rules and regulations.

- POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY: Guest is exclusively responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQs are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease.

- We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.
