Guest must Acknowledge & Agree to the following policies prior to making the booking:

*CANCELLATION & REFUNDS*

- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking AND the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

- If guests cancel AFTER 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, guest is eligible to receive 50 percent refund of the total paid amount.

- If the guest cancels within 14 days from the check-in date, guest will not be eligible for any refund.
- Alteration of dates cannot be entertained after 48 hours of booking

- NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE

• Pets are allowed. Pet fee is $20 / pet / night. Pets size and weight must be disclosed for host's approval. Let’s CANNOT sleep on furniture or left alone.

• NO SMOKING (INCLUDING MARIJUANA) & DEF NO PARTIES AND / OR EVENTS

• If more guests show up than what was stated on your reservation, your reservation will be canceled immediately. No exceptions.

• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like with more guests than on your reservation. - We still want you to have fun just no extra people.

• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• Mail services are not available. However, there is an Amazon Hub

• FEES: Lost or taken TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge
