House Rules
• Pets are allowed. Pet fee is $20 / pet / night. Pets size and weight must be disclosed for host's approval
• To comply with the corporate housing requirements, confirmed guests must provide a picture copy of the front page of their driver's license / ID to be added as a Corporate Housing Occupant for the duration of their stay. This is building management compliance and has to be met prior to guests check in.
• NO SMOKING (INCLUDING MARIJUANA) & DEF NO PARTIES AND / OR EVENTS
• If more guests show up than what was stated on your reservation, your reservation will be canceled immediately. No exceptions.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property or building. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like with more guests than on your reservation. - We still want you to have fun just no extra people.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• Reservations can’t be altered within 2 weeks of their original check in date.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Mail services are not available. However, there is an Amazon Hub
• FEES: Lost or taken TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge
• FEES: Damages to the art work will result in a 150$ to repair.
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge NO EXCEPTIONS
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
