COMPLEX: This gated apartment complex is very safe and monitored with surveillance. Will require key and/or gate remote to enter the premises.

STAIRS: This unit is on the second level and will require walking up one flight of stairs.

NEARBY: This neighborhood is located 15 minutes away from DISNEYLAND. 10 minutes away from multiple shopping centers, Chapman University, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. CHOC and St. Josephs is less than 10 minutes away.

- For extra safety and security measures, the exterior of the building, hallways and the parking area are monitored with 24/7 security cameras
