House Rules
- Overnight guests (including kids above the age of 2) and Pets must be disclosed to stay in compliance with our corporate housing insurance provider. Charges for Undisclosed Guests (including kids) and Pets will be applied accordingly.
- Pets must be disclosed prior to confirming your stay.
- The alarm system, intercom camera facing the entry door is for your safety as well as ours. It monitors the entry point ONLY when the apartment is vacant. It’s disarmed when after guests check-in. Please DO NOT try to tamper with, disable or block the security camera at any given time to avoid unnecessary immediate cancellation of your stay. Penalties will be applied accordingly.
- In compliance with the City Ordinance, No Parties, Loud Music, or Loud Noise are allowed on premises at any given time. The unit is equipped with Noise Detectors to comply with the aforesaid ordinance.
- Smoking (including marijuana) is prohibited on premises. Penalties will be applied if violated otherwise.
- Any violation or disregard for the rules will result in being asked to vacate the property prior to your departure date. Any early termination based off of non-compliance with the house rules will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your booking.
