House Rules
- Overnight guests (including kids above the age of 2) and Pets must be listed on the itinerary to stay in compliance with our corporate housing insurance provider. Charges for Undisclosed Guests (including kids) and Pets will be applied accordingly. Alteration requests sent for stays within 10 days prior to their arrival cannot be entertained.
- Outdoor parking across the building at $10 / night or metered parking by the street
- Confirmed Guests will require to fill out a DocuSign rental agreement & upload a government ID to comply with the building management.
- Pets must be disclosed prior to confirming your stay. Charges for undisclosed pets will be applied accordingly.
- The security cameras outside the home are for your safety as well as ours. It monitors the entry point into the home 24/7 for security & safety purposes and is linked to the security monitoring system as well as the housing insurance provider. Please do not try to tamper with, disable or move the security camera to avoid unnecessary immediate cancellation of your stay. A fine if $500 will result in tampering with the security system Ring Doorbell camera.
- In compliance with the City Ordinance, No Parties, Loud Music, or Noise are allowed on premises at any given time. MINUT Noise Detectors on premise.
- Smoking (including marijuana) is prohibited on premises. A fine of $1,000 will be applied if violated otherwise.
- Guests & Host agreed to comply with the cancellation policy agreed upon prior to making the reservation. Alteration requests may not be entertained within 48 hours of the original check in date.
- Any violation or disregard for the rules will result in being asked to vacate the property prior to your departure date. Any early termination based off of non-compliance with the house rules will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your booking.
