• Pet must be approved prior to booking
• Excessive Pet hair may result in additional cleaning fees
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime
• Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $150 floor disinfecting fee
• Fees: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 fee
• Pets are not allowed on furniture at all. If hair is found, there will be a 100$ fee added to your reservation.
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• If more guests show up than what was stated on your reservation, your reservation will be canceled immediately. No exceptions.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property or building.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like with more guests then on your reservation. - We still want you to have fun just no extra people.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
